Tuition & Financial Aid
Affordable, Faith-Filled Education Is Possible
We believe finances shouldn’t be the barrier between a child and a Christ-centered education. Thanks to new programs like the Wyoming ESA and ACE Scholarships, more families than ever can afford private schooling.

ESA
Use ESA Funds at HCS
ESA (Educational Savings Account): The Steamboat Legacy Scholarship Act was signed into law on March 4, 2025, and gives families the opportunity to choose private education for their children, and provides funding to do so – up to $7,000 per student!
Heritage Christian School is an approved Education Service Provider (ESP) under this act.
Can we still teach a Christ-centered curriculum? This act includes the wording, “No parent shall be required to include any instruction that conflicts with the parent’s or the ESA student’s religions doctrines.”
We will monitor this program closely for any changes, but rest assured that we will continue to teach our Biblically-based curriculum as we always have.
What ESA Covers:
- Tuition
- Enrollment fees
- Basic school supplies
- 1 uniform shirt per year (a red or blue polo is required on Wednesdays for Chapel)
Who Qualifies?
All K–12 families in Wyoming (regardless of income)
Pre-K students may qualify based on household income
